Mastering Growth is a 4 week live course with supplemental lessons. The typical week has:

  • 45 minutes of instructional content for the theme of the week followed by Q&A. 

  • Live guest speakers, case studies, real world examples from fast growing startups.

  • Office hours with program hosts and supporting team members where you can ask questions about your own company & specific growth goals.

In addition, there is pre-recorded supplemental video and written content that can be consumed outside of the live sessions at your own pace.

He was the Chief Product Officer at Sandboxx and previously Head of Growth at Upside Travel, CEO of Votion, Head of Growth at Red Tricycle, and VP at New Signature. We will go through the 4 components of building your financial model, how it's outputs will fuel your growth model and how to get a month by month breakdown of what your business needs.

Customer Acquisition

Knowing what channels to be on, and how to execute on them well is crucial to getting your initial users. We will go through how to prioritize, how to set them up and how to make sure you can track their results.

Being able to convert those users you have acquired is where your business will start making money. We will dig into user journey, user persona's, activation metrics that matter as well as building reward loops.

Jill Soley is a strategic product management and marketing leader with high-impact, high-growth public and startup company experience. Currently VP of Product and Design at Issuu, she was previously Director of Product Management at Adobe, VP of Marketing at Freshworks and Chief Product Officer at Obo.
